- A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation
- Cancellation 0 to 14 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit. Cancellation 14 to 28 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit
- Cancellation more than 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit
- Non Arrival / Premature departure 100% of the total accommodation cost will be payable.
- All rates are VAT inclusive, NOT commissionable and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Children under the age of ten years stay free provide no additional bed is required

Our Cancellation Policy:
- In the event that your reservation is cancelled within 7 days of your arrival the deposit paid upon confirmation of your reservation will be non -refundable.
- Cancellation within 14, 21 or 28 days of arrival, 75%, 50% or 25% of the deposit will be non-refundable respectively .
- For non-arrival/premature departure, 100% of the accommodation cost will be payable.
- Children under 10 stay at no extra charge, however breakfast is excluded
